豉汁鸡 ~ Soy sauce chicken


 
豉汁鸡

材料:
生抽王 100ml ( soy sauce 100ml )
清水 300ml ( water 300ml )
5 ( ginger 5pcs )
青葱 1颗(切段) ( spring onion 1 stalk , cut it into 5cm )
1/2 ( chicken 1/2 )

调味料:
麻油 少许 ( some sesame oil )
1茶匙 ( sugar 1 teaspoon )

勾芡:
生粉 1汤匙 ( cornflour 1 tablespoon )
适量 ( some water )

 
做法:
1. 倒入2汤匙油在锅烧热,下姜、青葱(留少许)爆香。
( Heat wok with 2 tablespoon of cooking oil . saute ginger , and some spring onion . keep some spring onion , don't put all )

2. 生抽和水一起下锅,鸡只也加入煮,盖上锅盖煮至滚转去中火煮1/2小时。( In a pot , put soy sauce and water , follow by chicken . Cover the pot and cook over medium heat for 1/2 hour.)

3. 每隔10分钟反转鸡只,每次舀酱汁淋上鸡。( Turn the chicken to the other side every 10 mins . Scope sauce topped with chicken )

4. 1/2小时后打开锅盖滴少许麻油,盖上焖一下。( After 30mins , put some sesame oil . Cover it again and cook for a while )

5. 鸡只拿上来,汁留着加入糖,开火煮滚汁加生粉水勾芡,把剩下的葱放进去。( Take out the chicken , add sugar to the sauce over high heat and bring to boil . Add in corn flour mixture and the remain spring onion )

6. 鸡砍小块淋上酱汁便可享用。( Cut it into pieces , topped with sauce and it's ready to serve with rice )
