烤箱炸鸡 ~ Crisp Oven Fried Chicken

烤箱炸鸡

材料:
300g 去骨和皮鸡胸肉, 切成条状

A :
50g 面包糠
2大匙 Parmesan 芝士粉
2大匙 柠檬皮丝
1/2小匙 辣椒粉
1/4小匙

B :
3大匙 柠檬汁
1大匙


1大匙 橄榄油

 
做法
1.预热烤箱至200c .将烤盘铺上锡箔纸。

2.将A料在一个浅盘中搅匀备用。

3.另将B料拌匀,备用。

4.将鸡胸肉沾上B在裹上A料,排在烤盘中。

5.放进烤箱,烤20 ~ 25分钟至熟透便可。

Crisp Oven Fried Chicken

Ingredients :
300g boneless  , skinless chicken breast , cut into strips

A :
50g breadcrumbs
2tbsp grated parmesan cheese
2tsp grated lemon zest
1/2tsp paprika
1/4tsp salt

B :
3tbsp fresh lemon juice
1tbsp water

 
1tbsp olive oil

 
Method :
1. Preheat oven to 200c . Line a baking tray with aluminium foil .

2. In a shallow bowl , combine A and set aside .

3. In another bowl , mix B and set aside .

4. Dip chicken in B , then in A , coating entire chicken breast and lay on the baking pan . Dizzle chicken with olive oil .

5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through .
