奇异果三文鱼 ~ Salmon with Kiwi-Avocado dressing

奇异果三文鱼

材料:
三文鱼块  180g

淋酱材料:
1 奇异果(去皮,切丁)
1 牛油果 (取果肉)
3大匙 柠檬汁
3大匙 橄榄油
1大匙 蒜茸
1大匙 芫茜茸
1小匙  芥末 ( wasabi )
胡椒粉和盐适量


做法
1.不沾锅里烧热1大匙橄榄油,放入三文鱼块以小火煎至两面熟透,盛出备用。

2.将淋酱材料材料放入搅拌机内捣烂至滑,盛起并倒在三文鱼上,即可。

Salmon with Kiwi-Avocado dressing

Ingredients :
salmon fillets 180g

For the dressing :
1 piece kiwi ( peeled and cubed )
1 piece avocado ( take the flesh )
3tbsp lemon juice
3tbsp olive oil
1tbsp chopped garlic
1tbsp chopped coriander
1tsp wasabi
some pepper and salt

 
Method :
1. In a non-stick pan heat 1tbsp of olive oil , pan-fried salmon fillets until cooked . Set aside .

2. In a food processor, blend together all dressing ingredients . Stir in salt and pepper. Serve with cooked salmon fillets  .
