茄汁豆肉丸 ~ Meatballs with Baked Beans

 

 

又一道很下饭的菜肴。但是宝贝不大爱茄汁豆,只爱大大粒的肉丸


食谱取自 大众口味 365道名厨家常菜美食@ 123

汁豆肉丸

材料:
200g 肉碎
1汤匙 洋葱 切碎)
1汤匙 玉米粉
1 马玲薯 切粒
1 茄汁豆
1汤匙 青豆 我没放
生抽和胡椒粉适量

调味料:
1汤匙 番茄酱
1/2 汤匙 辣椒酱
2 汤匙 清水
盐和胡椒粉适量

 
做法
1.肉碎,洋葱碎,玉米粉,生抽和胡椒粉拌匀,然后搓成小球状。

2.锅中烧热1汤匙油,加入肉丸和马玲薯煎至金黄色。加入茄汁豆,青豆和调味料煮2分钟即可。

Meatballs with Baked Beans

Ingredients :
200g minced meat
1 tbsp chopped onion
1tbsp corn flour
1 potato ( diced )
1 tin baked beans
1 tbsp green peas ( I omit it )
some soy sauce and pepper

Seasoning :
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1/2 tbsp chilli sauce
2 tbsp water
some pepper and salt


Method :
1. Mix minced meat with onion , corn flour , soy sauce and pepper . Shape the mixture into balls .

2. Heat up 1tbsp oil and pan-fry meatballs and potatoes till light brown . Add in baked beans , green peas and seasoning , and simmer for 2 minutes . Serve .
