蜜汁叉烧 ~ " Char Siew "

叉烧
材料:
500g  花肉 (去皮)
蒜茸 1茶匙

醃酱料:
1 1/2茶匙  蜜味烤酱
1汤匙 蚝油
1汤匙 生抽
3汤匙 米酒
1茶匙
1/2茶匙 老抽 黑酱油

 
蜜糖适量 ( 涂面用)

 
做法:
1。将花肉洗净,沥干水份,放入碗中。所有醃酱料倒入搅拌均匀,放进冰箱醃制3 ~ 4小时或隔夜。

2.在烤盘铺上一层锡纸。以200度预热烤箱。

3.将花肉烤15分钟。然后涂上少许的醃酱汁,再烤10分钟后翻面。重复多一次。

4.最后涂上蜜糖汁烤5分钟,呈至金黄色。

5。将剩余的汁放锅热一下,加点薯粉水打芡
             


             
6。取出已烤好的花肉切块摆盘淋上汁,即可。



Char Siew

Ingredients :
500g pork belly ( skinless )
1tsp chopped garlic

Marinade ingredients :
1 1/2tsp char siew sauce
1tbsp oyster sauce
1tbsp light soy sauce
3tbsp rice wine
1tsp sugar
1/2tsp dark soy sauce

 
some honey  ( for the glaze )

 
Method :
1. Marinate pork belly with marinade ingredients for 3 ~ 4 hours or overnight .

2. Place a piece of aluminium foil at the baking tray and pre-heat oven at 200c.

3. Bake for 15 minutes , then brush some marinade sauce and bake another 10 minutes . Turn the other side of the pork belly and repeat the same step one more time .

4. Then spread some honey and bake another 5 minutes or until golden brown .

5. Bring the sauce to boil , add in cornflour mixture for thickening .

6. Cut the pork belly into slices .Pour the sauce over and serve.
