甜菜根菠菜吐司 ~ Beetroot Spinach Loaf

 






食谱取自 carol自在生活

甜菜根菠菜吐司
12两帶盖吐司模1
(20cm x 10cm x 10cm)

准备工作 :
甜菜根取適量加冷开水用果汁打成泥狀取90g
菠菜叶取適量加冷开水用果汁机打成泥狀取90g
( 蔬菜与水的比例约1:1 )

材料 :
甜菜根面团
150g 高筋面粉
1/2茶匙 速发酵母
90g  甜菜根汁
15g 细砂糖
1小撮
15g 无盐奶油

菠菜面团 :
150g 高筋面粉
1/2茶匙 速发酵母
90g 菠菜汁
15g 细砂糖
1小撮
15g 无盐奶油

做法
~ 请参考甜菜根吐司 ~ ~

7.将面团由一则紧密卷起。面团收口朝內朝下放入烤模中一边, 再发酵约1個小時至8-9分滿。 ( 1 )

8.将吐司盖盖上。放入已经预热到210度的烤箱中烘烤40分钟。

9.烤好的吐司从烤模中倒出來在架子上放涼。

Beetroot Spinach Loaf
( 450g loaf mould with cover )

Preparation :
Beetroot cut into cubed  add in water and blend until puree . ( Strain out 90g of beetroot juice )
Spinach + water and blend until puree . ( Strain out 90g of spinach juice )

Ingredients :
For beetroot dough
150g high protein / bread flour
1/2tsp instant yeast
90g beetroot juice
15g castor sugar
A pinch of salt
15g unsalted butter

For spinach dough :
150g high protein / bread flour
1/2tsp instant yeast
90g spinach juice
15g castor sugar
A pinch of salt
15g unsalted butter

Method :

7. Roll up into log shape ,tucking the ends under . Put into the mould and set aside for 60 minutes or until dough double its size. ( Picture 1 )

8. Bake in preheated oven at 210c for 40 minutes.

9. Remove from oven and cool on wire rack .
