咸豆酱焖花肉 ~ Simmered Pork Belly with Salted Beans




 

食谱取自 Yong Swee Ha

咸豆酱焖花肉

材料:
600g 五花肉 (去皮切块)
1汤匙 咸豆酱 (我是用颗粒的,没有剁碎)
1/2汤匙
清水适量
薯粉+清水 适量(打芡用)

调味料:
3汤匙 生抽
1汤匙 黑酱油
1汤匙 甜酱油
1汤匙

做法:
1 烧热适量的油爆香蒜茸,加入咸豆酱爆香。

2.然后加入花肉炒香,加入适量的清水和调味料,中火焖至肉软收汁,加入适量的薯粉水打芡即可。

Simmered Pork Belly with Salted Beans  

Ingredients :
600g pork belly ( skinless and cut into pieces )
1tbsp salted bean ( I used whole salted beans )
1/2tbsp chopped garlic
some water
cornstarch + some water ( for thickening )

Seasoning :
3tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp dark soy sauce
1tbsp sweet soy sauce
1tbsp sugar

Method :
1.  Heat wok with some oil  , sauté chopped garlic , then add in salted beans . Stir-fry until aromatic .

2. Add in pork belly  , water and seasoning . Cook it over medium heat until the pork belly is cooked through / soft and sauce is thick . Then thicken the sauce with a little cornstarch solution . Dish out and serve hot .
