红萝卜奶油吐司 ~ Carrot Butter Bread Loaf

红萝卜奶油吐司
12两帶盖吐司模1個 (20cm x 10cm x 10cm)

材料 :
250g 高筋面粉
50g 全麦面粉
150g 熟红萝卜泥
10g 全脂奶粉
1/2茶匙 速发干酵母
30g 细砂糖
1/4茶匙
30g 无盐奶油
90ml 牛奶

做法
一般吐司做法

( 450g loaf mould with cover )

Ingredients :
250g high protein / bread flour
50g wheat flour
150g cooked carrot puree
10g full cream milk powder
1/2tsp instant yeast
30g castor sugar
1/4 tsp salt
30g unsalted butter
90ml fresh milk

Method :
Normal way of making toast
