鱼滑扒豆腐 ~ Tofu with Fish Paste

鱼滑扒豆腐

材料:
1大匙
10
200g  鱼滑( 用汤匙刮成薄片)
1 水豆腐 (切块
10 红萝卜

调味料:
200ml  
1/2小匙
1/2小匙 麻油
1/2大匙 绍兴酒
1大匙 芡粉水 1大匙水加1小匙粟粉拌匀
2条青葱 切段

做法
1. 烧热油爆香姜片,加入鱼滑炒香,加入调味料煮滚。

2. 加入豆腐和红萝卜片煮滚1分钟,捞起豆腐,盛在碟里。

3. 汁加入芡粉水打芡,淋在豆腐上,撒上青葱段即可。

Tofu with Fish Paste

Ingredients :
1tbsp oil
10 sliced ginger
200g fish paste ( scraped by using a spoon to form thin slices )
1 box soft tofu  ( cut into pieces )
10 sliced carrot

Seasoning :
200ml water
1/2tsp salt
1/2tsp sesame oil
1/2tbsp Shaoxing wine
1tbsp cornstarch water ( 1tbsp water , mixed with 1tsp cornstarch )
2 stalks spring onion  ( cut into sections )

Method :
1. Heat up oil and sauté sliced ginger till fragrant . Add in fish paste and stir-fry until fragrant. Add in seasoning and bring to boil  .

2. Add tofu , carrot  and boil for another 1 minute . Dish up the tofu .

3. Thicken the sauce with cornstarch water and pour over tofu . Lastly , sprinkle spring onion on top and serve .
