杂锦回锅肉 ~ Cooked Pork Slices with Mushrooms

杂锦回锅肉

材料 A :
300g 熟花肉 /回锅肉  ( 做法请参考这里 
6  粟米心( 切段
6 香菇 ( 浸软 )
30g 红萝卜 ( 切片 )
1
1小匙 蒜茸
1大匙 绍兴酒 ( 后加 )

调味料 :
1大匙 蚝油
1大匙 酱油 / 生抽
1小匙
1/2小匙 麻油
1/2小匙 胡椒粉

做法 :
1. 把熟花肉连皮切 片,沥干水分后入热油泡一会,捞起沥除油分,放置备用。

2. 锅里留2大匙热油,爆香蒜茸,加入其余材料同炒香浓。

3. 加入调味料略炒一会,然后以少许粟粉水勾芡,最后洒上绍兴酒,即可上碟。

Cooked Pork Slices with Mushrooms

Ingredients A :
300g cooked pork belly with skin please refer here
6 stalks baby sweet corn ( halved )
6 Chinese mushrooms ( soaked )
30g carrot ( sliced )
1 packet sweet peas
1tsp chopped garlic
1tbsp Shaoxing wine ( add in later )

Seasoning  :
1tbsp oyster sauce
1tbsp light soy sauce
1tsp sugar
1/2tsp sesame oil
1/2tsp pepper

Method :
1. Cut the cooked pork belly into slices , drain well . Parboil into hot oil for a while . Remove and drained . Keep aside for later use .

2. Leave 2tbsp hot oil in the preheated wok to fragrant chopped garlic . Add in the rest of the ingredients , stir-fry briskly until aromatic .

3.Add in seasoning , toss well , thicken with a little cornstarch solutions . Lastly , splash in Shaoxing wine . Dish up and serve hot  .
